1. Set your limits

• Open Availability and mark the days and times you will be at the festival.
• Set the minimum buffer you want between films.
• Set your target films per day, then use Per-day overrides when a particular day should have a different limit.

2. Adjust weights

Higher weight values make that preference more influential.

• Priority: favors your film rankings; priority 1 is your highest.
• First public: favors a film's first public screening.
• World premiere: favors screenings marked as world premieres.
• Shorter runtime: favors shorter films.
• Reverse priority scale: use this if you treated 10 as your highest priority instead of 1.
• Advanced weights options: optionally penalize films from selected other festivals or screenings at selected venues.

3. Refine the result

• Choose Exclude screening when a specific screening is sold out or no longer works for you.
• Choose Remove slot if you want fewer films on that day.
• Open Other options below a day to replace selected screenings with an alternative.

4. Save

Save schedules at the bottom of the page, load them again later, and select the to mark one as your primary schedule.
